- This is a genuine LifeScan lot number applied to a counterfeit package
- Limited to 50-count packages
- The Test Strip calibration code located on the vial is not 6 (6 is the only correct Code for genuine test strips with this specific lot number)
- Lot # located on the outer carton and vial
