OneTouch Test Strips are for use with the OneTouch™ Profile™, OneTouch™ Basic™ Plus, and OneTouch™ II Blood Glucose Meters for quantitatively measuring glucose in whole blood.

Test Strips are sensitive to moisture and light.

•

Must be stored in the original vial with the cap tightly closed. Never place test strips in another container.

•

Store in a cool, dry place not above 86°F (30°C) and away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

•

Do not bend, cut or alter a OneTouch™ Test Strip in any way.

•

Do not use if expiration date has passed.

•

Use within 4 months of opening test strip bottle.
