vial with the cap tightly closed. Never place test strips

above 86°F (30°C) and away from heat and direct sunlight.
Do not refrigerate. |

Do not bend, cut or alter a
OneTouch™ Test Strip in any way. |

Do not use if expiration date
has passed. |

Use within 4 months of opening
test strip bottle. |
